Detailed contract addenda explaining why certain kinds of equipment and personnel are employed and how they are used. In addition we give you the biographs of the entire crew - not just the principals. Our experience shows that the more you know about the equipment and the team, the better the production will go.

Full Paper Rehearsals

Your time on the ground, during the event is valuable. We need you where you count - out with members. You don't need to be worrying about whether the show will work. So we run though the entire script - both front of house and back stage - so you know what will happen during the production - entrances, stage direction, content, camera positions, handshakes, friendly waves. We do these dry runs at your site, our place or the hotel room - but always at least a week prior to the event. Our clients have high confidence that the scripts work for the people on-stage. The person on-stage has confidence that we have their best interests at heart and their every move will contribute positively to their message.
